Seven days on first orders

Your first order with Incognito VPS can be refunded within 7 days for any reason. Ask from the account panel or by email with your order reference.

The refund is credited to your account balance rather than sent on-chain. This is not an attempt to keep your money — it is that we have no verified address to send funds to, and sending crypto to an address supplied by whoever currently holds a token would be an obvious way to steal from customers. Balance does not expire and is spendable on anything we sell.

On-chain refunds

Where an on-chain refund is genuinely required — we terminated without cause, or we failed to deliver — we will send to an address you nominate, after a verification step appropriate to the amount. This is slower and more manual than the balance route by design.

What is not refundable

Dedicated servers after delivery, because the hardware is allocated to you specifically and cannot be re-sold as new. GPU plans after the first 48 hours, for the same reason. Terms beyond the first month on any plan. Balance top-ups, which are already fungible credit.

Service credits under the SLA are separate from this policy, are applied automatically, and do not consume your refund window.

Overpayments

If you send more than an invoice requires, the excess is credited to balance automatically at the confirmed rate. If you pay an expired invoice, the full amount is credited to balance rather than lost. Nothing sent to us is ever simply absorbed.
