How to reach us

There is no phone number and no live chat widget. Both would require an identity layer we deliberately do not have, and a chat widget is a third-party script on a site that has none.

Everything below is monitored by people. Operations questions are usually answered within a few hours; abuse reports faster.

Before you write

If you have an active server, include the server ID rather than the token — we never need your token and will never ask for it. Anyone asking you for it is not us.

If you are asking whether we permit something, describe the workload rather than the category. “I want to run a Tor middle relay on a 4 GB plan in Moldova” gets a useful answer in one exchange; “do you allow Tor” takes three.

Onion service

The site is reachable at http://incognitovpsx7k3m9qx4vzj5cdw2ye6bpaqrlnfg8osu2mkdyid.onion. It serves the same content over the same infrastructure, and no additional logging exists on that path — the same amount as on the clearnet path, which is none.

Questions we get asked before buying

Whether an address is clean for a specific purpose — ask, and we will check a candidate against the full blocklist set before allocating it. Mail senders in particular should always ask first.

Whether we can open port 25 — yes, after a short conversation about what you are sending, usually within a couple of hours.

Whether a specific hardware configuration is available — often yes, including things not on the public catalogue. Dual-socket, unusual disk topologies and multi-GPU nodes are all buildable.
