### What is Incognito VPS?

An offshore hosting provider operating since March 2020 in eight jurisdictions. We sell Linux VPS, dedicated servers, GPU compute, Windows RDP and storage servers, with no identity requirement and crypto-only settlement.

### Do I need to give you an email address?

No. There is no email field at signup, at checkout or in the account record. You receive a 20-character access token at checkout, shown once, and that token is the account.

### What happens if I lose my token?

The account becomes permanently unreachable. We store only an Argon2id hash and cannot recover it. Servers run until the paid term expires and then terminate. Write the token down — the checkout flow warns you three times.

### Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Twelve: Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Litecoin, TRON, Solana, BNB, Dogecoin, Toncoin and Dai. Lightning is supported for invoices under $500.

### Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?

No. A card rail would bring chargeback liability, which would force identity collection, which would defeat the product. Crypto-only is structural rather than stylistic.

### Is there a refund policy?

Seven days on first orders, credited to your account balance rather than refunded on-chain, since we cannot send funds to an address we have no way to verify belongs to you. Balance can be spent on anything we sell.

### How fast is deployment?

VPS, RDP and GPU: 55 seconds median from confirmed payment. Dedicated servers: 15 to 90 minutes depending on configuration. Payment confirmation itself takes 20 minutes for Monero and 10 to 60 for on-chain Bitcoin.

### Which location should I choose?

Work backwards from your adversary. Bulgaria or Moldova for cost, Amsterdam for network, Switzerland or Panama for legal distance from the EU, Iceland for speech-related work. Every location page publishes the statutes behind its claims.

### Do you keep logs?

No traffic, connection or DNS logs. No NetFlow, no packet capture, no customer IP history. Aggregate per-port bandwidth counters in five-minute buckets exist for billing and hold a byte count and a timestamp, nothing more.

### Can you be compelled to identify me?

A valid order can compel disclosure of what we hold: a token hash, a USD balance, a list of server IDs and a creation timestamp. There is no name, email or payment identity because those columns do not exist.

### What is not allowed?

Child sexual abuse material, malware command-and-control, phishing, bulk unsolicited email, attacks on third-party systems, and content criminal in the jurisdiction the server sits in. Reports go to abuse@incognitovps.com and are actioned by a person.

### Do you ignore DMCA notices?

We read every notice. The DMCA has no legal force at our locations so we do not action it as a statutory obligation. Notices identifying real infringement under applicable local law are forwarded to the customer with a response window.

### Are the IP addresses clean?

Every address is checked against 60+ blocklists before allocation and every six hours after. If yours is listed for traffic that is not yours, we replace it the same day at no charge and pursue delisting ourselves.

### Is DDoS protection included?

Yes, always-on L3/L4 scrubbing with 11 Tbps capacity on every plan. We filter rather than null-route — your address is never blackholed. Layer-7 filtering is a $12/month add-on.

Wij lezen elke melding. De DMCA heeft op onze locaties geen juridische kracht, dus wij handelen het niet af als wettelijke verplichting. Meldingen die echte inbreuk onder de toepasselijke lokale wetgeving identificeren, worden doorgestuurd naar de klant met een antwoordtermijn.

### Zijn de IP-adressen schoon?
